If you contact us we may, for your protection, ask you for additional information to verify your identity. We will use all reasonable efforts to response to any such request as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 20 working days and will correct or delete any inaccurate personal information you discover unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes.

If you are one of our dedicated off-shore staff employees, we also collect information about your work patterns and use of equipment that you are using for work during your working hours. This includes randomised screenshots of those devices. Any personal information collected will be available to our human resources and management employees and to the Outrun client who has engaged your services.
We will retain this information for a period of three months from the time it is collected before deleting it from our systems. If we need to retain that information for a longer period of time, such as in relation to any employment dispute or for any other legal purpose, we may retain that information as long as we have a legitimate need to do so.
We leverage the power of artificial intelligence (AI) in some of our products and services, including by incorporating generative AI features or capabilities. Our deployment and use of AI and our collection and use of personal data in developing and deploying AI features is consistent with the commitments outlined in this Privacy Policy.
